Return & Refund Policy
- Returns: We do not offer returns, except for items that are damaged during transit.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, along with valid proof of purchase.
- Return Address: Approved returns must be sent only to the Kraftsmiths return address: ABC Colony – India.
- Return Period: Returns should be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in its original condition or if it is returned after 7 days.
- Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed after deducting applicable two-way shipping charges.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 days through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
