- We offer shipping across India and selected international locations through trusted logistics partners.
- Free shipping within India for all prepaid and COD orders.
- International shipping is available for prepaid orders only; charges depend on location and package weight (COD not available).
- Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days, depending on availability.
- Delivery takes 3–6 days within India and 3–5 days internationally (delays may occur due to logistics issues).
- Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery.
- International orders may incur customs/import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility (varies by country).

- We do not offer returns, except for items damaged in transit.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Return must be sent only to the Kraftsmiths address (ABC Colony – India).
- Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in original condition or returned after 7 days.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting both-way shipping charges and issued within 10–15 days via original payment method or bank transfer.
- For late refunds, check with your bank or card issuer first, then email us at customerservice@kraftsmiths.in.
- Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items; contact us to initiate at customerservice@kraftsmiths.in.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
