• Delivery takes 3–6 days within India and 3–5 days internationally (delays may occur due to logistics issues).
• Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery.

• We do not offer returns, except for items damaged in transit.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Return must be sent only to the Kraftsmiths address (ABC Colony – India).
• Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in original condition or returned after 7 days.
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting both-way shipping charges and issued within 10–15 days via original payment method or bank transfer.
